I’m Britt, corporate girly with a baking obsession and a dream I have been sitting on for years.

Baking was my first love. I wanted to be a pastry chef, but Grandpa said no (tbf, he paid my school fees), so I took the safe route and built a career in marketing instead. The passion never left, it was just on pause while I focused on work, life, and being a mum.

Sourdaddy is me finally unpausing that dream. What started as a sourdough hyperfixation has turned into a $50 Facebook Marketplace fridge and a sourdough honesty fridge in the Yarra Valley.

This is a side quest, a passion project, and a long overdue “why not” moment.
