Sourdaddy is a small Yarra Valley micro bakery specialising in handcrafted sourdough bread and baked goods made with simple, quality ingredients. Our loaves are naturally fermented for flavour and texture, then baked fresh in small batches. Sourdaddy operates as a community honesty fridge bakery, where customers can pick up freshly baked sourdough and seasonal treats directly from the fridge and pay via QR. The fridge is typically Stocked Sundays, with limited batches available each week. We focus on traditional baking methods, minimal ingredients and delicious flavour.
